So far as authorized by the law under which this certificate is drawn, said association is organized exclusively to develop, produce and/or sponsor performing arts productions for the cultural enrichment and the promotion of social welfare of the general community, to encourage the fostering of appreciation for the performing arts and other art forms, to utilize artistic expression for the promotion of educational, historical and literary subjects.
